To PVW&S District Residents and Rate Payers December 31, 2018

The Board of Commissioners has made a determination as to how to proceed with

the infrastructure projects that were approved by vote at the 2018 annual meeting.

These were:

Main St. water and sewer linesBayley Ave, Langdon Pk. Rd. water and sewer lines

Generator at well on Foster St.

Force Main Relocation

Pump 1 Improvements

Septage Receiving Improvements

Water Supply and Development*

As was discussed on December 4, 2018 and again by the Board on December 11,

2018 pursuing all of these projects, despite a winsome amount of federal and state

grant money, would result in rates that would be too high to bear for the District’s

1100 users.

After receiving your input and careful deliberation and analysis, the Commission

has voted to pursue the well* project in Holderness only.  This project, if all goes

well, will serve to increase the water supply and quality for the District users.

The Board of Commissioners is finalizing the 2019 budget and will present it and

conduct a rates hearing on January 8, 2019, 5:30 PM.

March 14, 2019 – Annual District Meeting, Plymouth Village Water & Sewer District
